TENDER DESCRIPTION

The currently used consolidation solution SAP SEM-BCS for the preparation of the consolidated financial statement (legal consolidation) as well as the financial statistics (profit center consolidation) and the associated reporting in SAP BW is only regularly maintained by the manufacturer until 31 December 2027. A paid extension of the maintenance period is only possible until the end of 2030. Therefore, there is a need to introduce a new consolidation solution using SAP including reporting and to integrate it unchanged via a standard interface into the financial reporting tool (SAP Disclosure Management). SAP Group Reporting is planned as the successor solution for the preparation of legal consolidation as well as financial statistics (profit center consolidation). In addition, the reporting is to be built using SAP applications available in the canton. The reports can be evaluated on the one hand for analysis purposes with the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel and on the other hand are to be integrated for the preparation of financial reporting in SAP Disclosure Management.
