The lot also includes the construction of sheet piling walls, cantilever retaining walls, reinforced concrete structures, clay sealing layers, soil filters, service trenches, as well as the installation of pipelines and water engineering components. Furthermore, the lot includes the technical equipment of the sedimentation facility, the water intake, as well as the associated measuring, control and regulation equipment. In addition, the lot includes essential parts of the outdoor facilities, in particular path and square areas, vegetation areas, edging, equipment elements, stair/step facilities, and the landscaping integration of the water areas.
