TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project requires a complete re-planning of the Technical equipment for the former church and the ancillary buildings with the aim of achieving climate neutrality in operation (general waiver of fossil energy sources). Special challenges of the project include, among others, the fact that in the first operating phase the building services (TGA) must be compatible with the existing, outdated infrastructure, but in the long term they are to be integrated into a new, cross-sector infrastructure (including, among others, district heating network, Smart Grid). Additional challenges arise from the damage already done to the church due to a fire event, the partly inadequate state of preservation of the existing buildings, and the identified occurrences of hazardous substances and contaminants. Parts of the church as well as the ground of the entire planning area are subject to (subsoil) heritage protection, so that the planning and installation of underground service supply lines must be carried out in coordination with the relevant specialist authorities.
