TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Büdelsdorf has acquired the IKK building at Parkallee 21, 24782 Büdelsdorf and plans to restore it as the new town hall. In the base area of the wall components in the underground garage, concrete damage is present. The current specification of services for Lot 02 exclusively covers the concrete repair of the wall bases in the single-storey underground garage including the incidental works required for this. Additionally, surface coating is to be applied on the column bases and foundations. The structural reinforcement of the interior columns by means of encasement with grout concrete will be tendered separately and is not subject to the following specification of services. The total wall length amounts to approximately 165 m. Further information can be found in the specification of services.
