TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Büdelsdorf has acquired the building of the IKK at Parkallee 21, 24782 Büdelsdorf and plans to refurbish it as the New Town Hall. Concrete damage is present in the base area of the wall components in the underground garage. The current specification of services Lot 02 exclusively deals with the concrete repair of the wall bases in the single-storey underground garage including the necessary ancillary works. Additionally, a surface coating is to be applied to the column bases and foundations. The structural strengthening of the interior columns by means of wrapping with grout concrete will be tendered separately and is not part of the following specification of services. In total, there is a wall length of about 165 m. Further information can be found in the specification of services.
