TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Chemnitz plans the redesign of the outdoor facilities of Jan-Amos-Comenius Primary School and Annenschule Primary School at Comeniusstraße 1 in 09120 Chemnitz. Preliminary planning has already been prepared. The subject of this invitation to tender is the services for site planning for outdoor facilities for service phases 3 to 9 pursuant to § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 No. 11.1. The contract award shall be carried out in stages in accordance with the attached architect/engineer contract, subdivided by individual service phases. With the award, service phase 3 of the site planning for outdoor facilities is commissioned, including the special services of assisting with the application for funding, -settlement, and preparation of the statement of use (LPH 3 - 8), as well as cost estimate calculation by trade in LPH 3. The further service phases, including the associated special services, will be assigned in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases, including after the performance of the first service phases. Cost estimate: Outdoor facilities: KG 500 with EUR 1,890,756.00 net
