TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Chemnitz plans the redesign of the outdoor facilities of Jan-Amos-Comenius Primary School and Annenschule Primary School, Comeniusstraße 1, 09120 Chemnitz. Preliminary planning has already been prepared. The subject of this invitation to tender are the services for site planning (open spaces) for service phases 3 to 9 in accordance with Section 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 No. 11.1. The contract is awarded in accordance with the enclosed architect/engineer agreement with annexes in stages, subdivided by individual service phases. Upon award, service phase 3 for site planning (open spaces), including the special services “Assistance with applying for funding, - reporting and preparation of the statement of use” (LPH 3 to 8), as well as cost estimate by trade in LPH 3, is commissioned. The remaining service phases, including the associated special services, are commissioned in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all service phases, including after completion of the first service phases.
