Neugestaltung der Strandpromenade Ostseebad Laboe - Freianlagen

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Ostseebad Laboe is planning the redevelopment of the promenade between the swimming hall and the Marine Memorial in Ostseebad Laboe in order to increase attractiveness and enhance the quality of the tourist infrastructure. The promenade is to be redeveloped to be barrier-free, including additional seating with sea views and a new lighting concept. To this end, a draft has already been prepared. The costs for cost groups 200-700 have been estimated at approx. EUR 1.8 million net. For this purpose, planning offices are being invited to participate in the competition, which cover the performance profile for object planning for outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past. Performance phases 5-9 are to be handled. The contract will be awarded in stages. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned performance profiles.
