The subject of the invitation to tender is the redesign of the Weser promenade in Minden with extensive outdoor facilities work in the inner-city area along the Weser. The scope of services includes, in particular, paving and natural stone work, path construction, vegetation and planting work, equipment elements, as well as the production and adaptation of areas for staying and use. Special requirements arise from the inner-city location, the immediate proximity to the Weser and the quay wall, as well as from construction measures taking place in parallel. The work will be carried out in sections and requires coordinated site logistics as well as close coordination with other contractors, specialist planners and the client. For the provision of the services, in particular a capable site organization, the coordination of several construction phases and trades, as well as a professional and high-quality execution of the natural stone, paving and outdoor facilities work are required.
