TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to award project management services for the reconceptualisation, renovation and extension of the Museum for Sepulchral Culture Kassel in accordance with § 2 of Part No. 09 of the AHO series of publications. This is a project that is almost fully funded. The planning for the project has been completed up to and including service phase 3; the object planner and specialist planners commissioned by the contracting authority are currently working on service phase 4. The project management services were commissioned in stages up to project stage 2; the further services were not called off. Project stage 2 was delivered halfway (corresponding to LPH 3), so the contracting authority now intends to commission a new project manager. This party is to join the project in accordance with project stage 3 (in accordance with the AHO). The subject matter of the contract is project management services in accordance with the AHO, whereby the AHO is used here only in addition to the description of the service, but does not constitute the basis for invoicing.
