TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to award project management services for the re-design, renovation and extension of the Museum for Sepulchral Culture Kassel in accordance with § 2, Volume No. 09 of the AHO series of publications. This is an almost fully funded project. The planning for the project has been completed up to and including service phase 3; the project manager for the property appointed by the contracting authority and the specialist planners are currently working on service phase 4. The project management services were commissioned in stages up to project stage 2; the remaining services were not called off. Project stage 2 was delivered by half (corresponding to LPH 3), so the contracting authority now wants to commission a new project manager. This person is to enter the project in accordance with project stage 3 (in accordance with AHO). The subject of the service is project management services in accordance with the AHO, whereby the AHO is used here only as a supplement to the description of the service, but not as the basis for invoicing.
