TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns the heating works for the two new buildings of the Steinhagen Gymnasium. The two new buildings consist of a single-storey building E with specialized classrooms and an event room, as well as a two-storey building F with classrooms. Building E and building F will be equipped with underfloor heating for heating. The heat generation will be realized via a local heating network connected to the existing system. The separation of the systems is done using plate heat exchangers in the respective buildings E and F. The following dates must be observed: - Heating works Building F - 14.12.2026 to 26.03.2027 - Heating works Building E - 22.03.2027 to 18.06.2027 The contractor must start execution within twelve working days after receiving the request from the client (§ 5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B). The call to start work for Building F is expected by 27.11.2026. The call to start work for Building E is expected by 05.03.2027.
