TENDER DESCRIPTION

This invitation to tender concerns the heating works for the two new buildings of the Steinhagen Gymnasium. The two new buildings consist of a single-storey structure E with specialist classroom rooms and an event room, and a two-storey structure F with classroom rooms. Structure E and structure F are to be equipped for heating with underfloor heating. Heat generation is implemented by means of a district heating network with connection to the existing building. Separation of the systems is carried out by means of plate heat exchangers in the respective structures E and F. The following dates must be taken into account: - Heating works structure F – 14.12.2026 to 26.03.2027 - Heating works structure E – 22.03.2027 to 18.06.2027 The contractor must begin work within twelve working days after receipt of the client’s request to proceed with the performance (§ 5(2), second sentence VOB/B). The request to commence work for structure F is expected to be issued by 27.11.2026. The request to commence work for structure E is expected to be issued by 05.03.2027.
