New hospital Bråvolltunet

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority, Ullensvang municipality, invites tenderers to a competition for a contract in the project new Hospital Bråvolltunet. Bråvolltunet sjukeheim lies in Kinsarvik in Ullensvang municipality and was built in 1987. In this project there will be an extension over three floors that shall house 18 new hospital sites, a gardero bar, a memorial room and storage. Parts of the existing Sjukeheim hospital shall be altered with a new monitor department with 6 places. In addition, new facilities will be established in the basement between anna heimeteneste and physiotherapy. The contract ́s start date is 30.11.2026, with the expected completion dated 30.11.2029. (engineering design phase 4 months, start-up addition April -27, estimated construction time extension 18 months + renovation 12 months + 2 months slack = 36 months).
