TENDER DESCRIPTION
Savonlinna City Procurement Services requests that tenders be submitted for the sales and marketing services for the tourism sector of the New Nordic project by Savonlinna Hankekehitys Oy. The estimated start date of the contract period is October 2026, and the contract period ends on 28.2.2028. The project has received funding from the Interreg Central Baltic programme. The objective of procuring sales and marketing services for the tourism sector is to include in the project a service provider that is a tourism expert specialising in sales and marketing. The service provider will make the New Nordic project known and sell and market the Beyond Nordics brand and tourism area, as well as cross-border, premium-level tourism products from the Savonlinna and Saimaa (South Savo) region as part of round-trip tour package itineraries for the target markets of the USA and Japan, in cooperation with project partners.
