See cancelled competition for the procurement of a digital partner for the 22 July Centre with DOFFIN reference: 2026-112475. The 22nd July Centre needs a digital collaboration partner who can contribute to stable operation, management and further development of the Centre's digital systems and communication, and intends to enter into a framework agreement to meet the needs of the 22nd July Centre. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 6 million excluding VAT. The estimated annual value is NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT. The framework agreement covers the following main types of services: 1. Ongoing operation and management of existing digital systems, which are regulated in accordance with SSA-L. 2. Consultancy services and consultancy services under the contracting authority ́s management, which are regulated in accordance with SSA-B. 3.
