TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority for this competition is the five regional toll money companies (BPS) listed below. These companies finance toll projects and operate toll collection in Norway and cooperate on technical system solutions. The five companies are: Ferde AS (org.nr. 918 012 745) Vegfinans AS (org.nr. 983 149 499)Fjellinjen AS (org.nr 941 856 543)Vegamot AS (org.nr. 935 162 718) Bompengeselskap Nord AS (org.nr. 817 919 472) The companies shall enter into joint contracts with the winning tenderer in the competition (SSA-B and SSA-V). The BPS shall jointly take over the operation and management of autopass.no in order to safeguard coordination assignments on communication and facilitate for more customer-friendly and efficient toll collection. In connection with this, the BPS shall jointly procure a new website for autopass.no-domenet.autopass.no is currently a website with information about the toll scheme in Norway and is aimed at both users of the AutoPASS scheme (motorists) and the industry participants.
