TENDER DESCRIPTION
The invitation to tender is divided into performance components: - Preparatory services (kick-off meeting, reviewing and incorporating existing documents/plans) - Services for detailed planning and preparation of tendering (object planning for outdoor facilities LPH 5-6); including evaluating requirements from building law attainment/environmental law, developing a catalogue of measures and content, and allocating them in terms of time depending on construction phases/-lots; participation/cooperation in preparing the construction schedule/construction time plan; development of concepts for measures for the later construction phase; preparation of reports, maps, (compulsory manual and plans); coordination with the stakeholders and specialist authorities and the working group - Attendance/participation in meetings/planning meetings (video conference and on-site) - Time-and-materials work for, among other things, preparing a presentation Performance period: Start: immediately after award, End 2026/early 2027
