TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the advertised service is the preparation of a tender-ready bill of quantities and specifications for construction work (“Bau-LV”) for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems (“PV systems”) on roofs of approx. 500 to 650 German Armed Forces buildings up to the year 2030. For this purpose, the contractor must, on the basis of surveys and investigations at five representative sites, prepare a comprehensive Bau-LV that covers all potentially required services, in accordance with Section 7b of the VS VOB/A. The Bau-LV is intended to serve as a basis for commissioning companies to implement the PV systems in a subsequent procurement procedure. Performance of the contract will take place in close coordination with planning offices commissioned in parallel, which will review the technical and economic suitability of the buildings and produce the respective execution plans. The aim is to enable an immediately subsequent construction execution after completion of analysis and planning by preparing the Bau-LV at an early stage and by commissioning the construction companies in advance.
