TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the service being tendered is the preparation of a tender-ready Bill of Quantities and Services (“Bill of Quantities and Services”/“Bau-LV”) for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems (“PV systems”) on the roofs of approximately 500 to 650 Bundeswehr buildings by the year 2030. For this purpose, the contractor shall, on the basis of site surveys and investigations at five representative locations, prepare a comprehensive Bill of Quantities and Services covering all potentially required services in accordance with § 7b VS VOB/A. The Bill of Quantities and Services is intended to serve as the basis for the award of contracts to companies for the realisation of the PV systems in a subsequent procurement procedure. Performance of the services takes place in close coordination with planning offices commissioned in parallel, which will verify the technical and economic suitability of the buildings and prepare the respective execution plans.
