One-stage, non-open planning competition pursuant to RPW 2013 §3 (3) for the extension and renovation of the listed Music Instrument Museum in Markneukirchen. The subject of the planning competition is the extension of the listed Music Instrument Museum in Markneukirchen by means of new construction that functionally and spatially complements the late Baroque civic house “Paulus-Schlössel”. The new building is to be connected to the existing building. As part of the measure, the “Paulus-Schlössel” is to be renovated in accordance with listed building requirements, technically modernised, and made barrier-free accessible.
