TENDER DESCRIPTION

One-stage, open planning competition with restricted participation under RPW 2013 §3 (3) for the extension and refurbishment of the listed Musical Instrument Museum Markneukirchen. The subject of the planning competition is the extension of the listed Musical Instrument Museum Markneukirchen by means of a new building that functionally and spatially complements the late-Baroque townhouse “Paulus-Schlössel”. The new building is to be connected to the existing building. As part of the measure, the “Paulus-Schlössel” is to be refurbished in a manner appropriate to its listed status, technologically modernised, and made accessible for disabled persons.
