TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of specialist planning for technical equipment. BASIC SERVICES: The subject of this invitation to tender is the complete basic services pursuant to § 51 HOAI for the construction measure of the B3 House. The services are to be provided in stages. After completion of the first stage, the contracting authority is required to call off the services of the next stage, insofar as the approval of the funding application has been granted. The services are governed by §§ 53-56 HOAI. - Service phases 1 - 8 specialist planning for TGA pursuant to § 55 HOAI in two contracting stages: o Contracting stage 1: LP 1 o Contracting stage 2: LP 2 - 8 (subject to funding notice) The TGA services covered by the invitation to tender for the B3 House include in particular: - Structuring the TGA by plant/system groups - Analysis and assessment of the requirements for the technical building equipment for the new build based on the use of a civic house - Development of an integrated, sustainable TGA concept (HLS/ ELT/ GA) - Planning and sizing of heating, ventilation and sanitary installations - Planning and sizing of the electrical systems…
