TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the performance of specialist planning for technical equipment. BASIC SERVICES: The subject of this tender are the complete basic services in accordance with § 51 HOAI for the construction measure of the B3 House. The services are to be provided in stages. After completion of the first stage, the contracting authority is obliged to request the services of the next stage insofar as the approval of the funding application has been granted. The services are governed by §§ 53-56 HOAI. - Service phases 1-8 specialist planning for building services engineering (TGA) in two commissioning stages in accordance with § 55 HOAI: o Commissioning stage 1: LP 1 o Commissioning stage 2: LP 2-8 (subject to funding approval) The commissioned TGA services for the B3 House include in particular: - Structuring the building services engineering according to plant/system groups - Analysis and assessment of the requirements for the technical building equipment for the new build based on the use of a citizens’ hall - Development of an integrated, sustainable TGA concept (HLS/ ELT/ GA) - Planning and sizing of the heating, ventilation and sanitary systems - Planning…
