TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the complete basic services in accordance with § 51 HOAI for the construction measure of the B3 House. The services are to be provided in stages. After completion of the first stage, the contracting authority is obliged to request the services of the next stage, provided that the approval of the funding application has been granted. A planner is therefore being sought for the service scope of structural engineering planning. For structural engineering planning, all service phases according to HOAI (LP 1-6) are being tendered. The award will be made in 2 pre-defined contract stages: >> Contract stage 1: LP 1 >> Contract stage 2: LP 2 - 6 (subject to funding approval) The fee determination is carried out for structural engineering planning in accordance with §§ 49 - 52 and Appendix 14 of HOAI 2021.
