TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender procedure is the full basic services in accordance with § 51 HOAI for the construction measure of the B3 House. The services are to be provided in stages. After completion of the first stage, the contracting authority is obliged to call off the services of the next stage, insofar as approval for the funding application has been granted. A planner for the service profile of structural engineering planning is therefore being sought. For structural engineering planning, all service phases according to HOAI (LP 1-6) are tendered. The contract will be awarded in 2 previously defined stages of assignment: >> Stage of assignment 1: LP 1 >> Stage of assignment 2: LP 2 - 6 (subject to the funding decision) Fees are determined for structural engineering planning in accordance with §§ 49 - 52 and Appendix 14 of HOAI 2021.
