TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this invitation to tender are the complete basic services pursuant to § 51 HOAI for the construction measure of the B3 House. The services are to be provided in stages. After completion of the first stage, the contracting authority is obliged to request the services of the next stage, insofar as approval has been granted for the funding application. A planner is therefore being sought for the scope of services for structural engineering planning. For structural engineering planning, all service phases according to HOAI (LP 1-6) are tendered. The contract will be awarded in 2 pre-defined contract stages: >> Contract stage 1: LP 1 >> Contract stage 2: LP 2 - 6 (subject to funding approval) The fee calculation is carried out for structural engineering planning pursuant to §§ 49 - 52 and Appendix 14 of HOAI 2021. The construction project is classified in fee zone III.
