TENDER DESCRIPTION

See Selection Guidelines 2.2 Description of the Contract The estimated value of the Contract amounts to € 6,200,000 exclusive of VAT, calculated over the maximum term of the Agreement of eight (8) years and including the planned extension options and other foreseeable components and options of the Contract. The Contracting Authority assumes set-up and implementation costs with a value of approximately € 580,000. Recurring annual licence costs with a value of approximately € 700,000 for a maximum of eight (8) years. The aforementioned amounts are always exclusive of VAT. For the sake of convenience, the impact of price increases and price decreases has been disregarded in this estimate. This information is, among other things, based on the information we obtained from the market consultation. The financial request for information will be elaborated further in the Tendering phase. No rights may be derived from this estimate by Candidates.
