TENDER DESCRIPTION

De Wegwijzer is an Integrated Child Center; the current school will be demolished and the school will receive replacement new-build construction on the same site. The site will be delivered ready for construction. The new-build will be realized for approximately 260 pupils and the gross floor area (GFA/BVO) is approximately 2881 m2 over two storeys, including a gymnasium and childcare. The building structure has the following components: Foundations: - In-ground (bored) piles with a concrete beam grid on top. Floors: - Ground floor; insulated hollow-core slab floor, - First-floor slab; hollow-core slab floor with integrated steel beams. Supporting structure: - Ground floor; concrete columns with integrated steel beams, - First floor; wooden columns with timber perimeter beams and integrated steel beams. Roof school and childcare: - EPDM roofing membrane, - Insulation, - Roof deck; lignatur element. Gymnasium roof: - EPDM roofing membrane, - Insulation, - Laminated timber beam layer with roofing timber. External walls school and childcare: - Insulated timber.
