TENDER DESCRIPTION

De Wegwijzer is an Integral Childcare Center (Integraal Kindcentrum); the current school will be demolished and the school will be provided with replacement new construction on the same site. The site will be delivered as construction-ready. The new-build will be realized for approximately 260 pupils and the total usable floor area (BVO) is approximately 2881 m2 over two storeys, including a gymnasium and daycare. The building structure has the following layout: Foundations: - In-ground formed (bored) piles with a concrete beam-grid (balkenraster) on top. Floors: - Ground floor; insulated hollow-core slab floor (kanaalplaatvloer), - First-floor; hollow-core slab floor with integrated steel beams (geïntegreerde stalen liggers). Load-bearing structure: - Ground floor; concrete columns with integrated steel beams, - First floor; timber columns with timber edge beams and integrated steel beams.
