TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority intends to realize a new laboratory building of approximately 2,300 m2 gross floor area (BVO) in Roelofarendsveen. At the site Sotaweg 22, an extension is being constructed at the rear of the existing accommodation of Naktuinbouw. The activities that need to be housed are currently still carried out at another location. The activities are focused on analyzing and testing for quality determination of seeds and crops. The Contracting Authority has, among others, selected KuiperCompagnons and Deerns for the elaboration of the laboratory building up to and including the Technical Design (Technisch Ontwerp) (TO), so that it can then start the procurement of the contractor based on this TO. The design team will also remain involved after contracting the contractor.
