TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Premises unit of the Infrastructure and Environment Division of the Municipality of Sipoo requests a tender for the total contract for the premises alterations of Nikkilä Health Centre. The form of contract is a lump-sum contract, which includes all work in accordance with the plans and the contract documents, completed and made ready. The total contractor acts as the main contractor and the principal implementer as referred to in the legislation. The lump-sum contract includes the contractor’s site management obligations, communication with stakeholders, and site services. The basis for payment is a fixed total price determined on the basis of the contract (contract price). The contract site is located in Southern Sipoo at Jussaksentie 14, 04130 SIPOO. Work may commence no earlier than Monday 16.11.2026. Construction work must be completed and available for acceptance no later than January 2027, on Friday 29.01.2027.
