TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the supply of one piece of a truck in accordance with Act No. 360/2022 Coll., on the support of low-emission vehicles through public procurement and public transport services, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 360/2022 Coll."), consisting of a chassis and a municipal superstructure including an automatic tipper and a static scale (hereinafter referred to as the "municipal superstructure"), intended for waste collection (hereinafter also referred to as the "goods" or the "vehicle"), including all required and mandatory equipment and providing complete service of the delivered unit, i.e. the municipal superstructure of the vehicle including the automatic tipper and static scale and the chassis for the agreed warranty period. A service contract or service contracts will be concluded with the selected supplier as part of the performance of this public contract. Their draft will be submitted only by the selected supplier based on the contracting authority's invitation in accordance with Article 11.2 of the tender documentation.
