TENDER DESCRIPTION
Agreement regarding customer surveys that follow the entire customer journey and the tenants' various points of contact with the company. Customer surveys are sent out continuously and are measured/reported in real time. The supplier shall assist the company in mapping our needs, proposing working methods, conducting surveys, providing digital analysis tools/training, and maintaining a fixed API to measure our processes. The agreement also includes digital support and analysis tools.
