TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement under Lot No 1 includes delivery of a vehicle category M1, Class AC combi (4+1 seats)“ - 1 unit. The selected Contractor shall, at its own expense, ensure all transport costs to the place specified for delivery, the costs for acquisition, respectively transfer of the right of ownership over the vehicle of the Contracting Authority, for delivery of the vehicle, for transporting the vehicle to the delivery location, for payment of a product fee (eco fee), all costs for carrying out warranty maintenance within the warranty period (for labour, spare parts and consumables), the costs for warranty (service) maintenance of the vehicles during the warranty period, as well as the costs for the Contractor to remedy any and all technical malfunctions and damages arising not through fault of the Contracting Authority and covered by the warranty terms and the Contractor’s warranty liability, as well as the costs related to registration of the vehicles with the “Traffic Police” (KAT).
