TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of separate lot No. 1 "Supply of fruits and vegetables" foresees periodic delivery of fruits and vegetables. Deliveries of food products will be made twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday. Deliveries of the GOODS will be carried out based on a written monthly order submitted by a representative of the end-user sites to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, which is submitted every last week of the month preceding the month for which the order pertains. At the end of each week preceding the Tuesday and Thursday delivery, based on the approved monthly order, a representative of the end-user sites submits information on the required types and quantities of food products for weekly consumption to the CONTRACTOR by email and/or telephone. Given the specifics of this public procurement, the contracting authority sets forecast quantities of the supplied food products for each of the separate lots included in the subject of the contract. The quantities are indicated in the technical specification, an integral part of the procurement documentation, and are forecast and do not bind the contracting authority to full utilization upon contract conclusion.
