TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is “Expert services for analysis, forecasting and management of innovation activities and partnerships in the field of dual-use technologies”. The procurement includes the provision of experts with qualifications and experience in the field of dual-use technologies, market and technology analyses, risk assessment, strategic forecasting, as well as in the selection, monitoring and operational support of innovation partnerships. The expert team shall demonstrate the ability to prepare comprehensive analyses and forecasts, as well as to effectively support the processes of selecting and tracking partners for the development of innovative solutions.
