TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement under Separate position No 1 – “Performance of unarmed physical security at NHIF sites” includes the following main activities: organizing and providing unarmed physical security: a 12-hour day shift for the NHIF Central Office (CO) site at 15 “Lyubata” Street and a 10-hour day shift for the remaining sites, including activities for protection of the Contracting Authority’s property at the sites, within the meaning of Article 11(1) of the Law on Private Security Activities (LPPSA) (Закон за частната охранителна дейност (ЗЧОД)), through security guards and, when necessary, with the assistance of mobile forces. On working days (from Monday to Friday) a controlled access and entry/exit regime shall be carried out at the sites for the working time of the staff at the respective site. The location of the sites and the security regime are described in detail in the Technical Specification for Separate position No 1 - Appendix No 1.1 to the procurement documentation.
