TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the public procurement under separate position No 1 includes the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the street water supply network in s. Bistra, Municipality of Alfatar, District of Silistra. The reconstruction and rehabilitation shall be carried out on the following streets in s. Bistra: street “Vtora”, “Treta”, “Chetvarta”, “Peta”, “Shesta”, “Osma”, “Devyata”, “Dvanadseta”, “Trinadseta”, “Chetirinadseta” and “Shestnadseta”. For the construction work, investment projects have been approved and a Building Permit has been issued No 3 / 22.01.2025, issued by the Chief Architect of Municipality of Alfatar, pursuant to which the construction work that is the subject of this public procurement falls under category two in accordance with Art. 137, para. 1, item 2, letter “b” of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT).
