TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under the subject of the contract for Lot No 1, the reconstruction and rehabilitation of an outdoor water supply network in the village of Bistra, Municipality of Alfatar, District of Silistra is included, namely: an outdoor water supply pipeline with a length of 4025.32 m and building water supply service connections (BWS) – 1139.00 m. The reconstruction and rehabilitation shall be carried out along the following streets in the village of Bistra: “Vtora” Street, “Treta” Street, “Chetvarta” Street, “Peta” Street, “Shesta” Street, “Osmа” Street, “Deveta” Street, “Dvanadeseta” Street, “Trinadeseta” Street, “Chetirinadeseta” Street and “Shestnadeseta” Street. For the construction works, investment design projects have been approved and a Building Permit has been issued No 3 / 22.01.2025, issued by the Chief Architect of Municipality of Alfatar, under which the construction works that are the subject of this contract fall into the second category pursuant to Art. 137, para. 1, item 2, letter “b” of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT).
