TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement includes comprehensive organisation and provision of services related to business trips of employees of “Sofia Tech Park” EAD, seconded under project No 101250707 BRAIN PP, namely: making reservations and providing air tickets for air transport of passengers and baggage for trips in the country and abroad, including via scheduled air routes and low-cost flights; providing hotel reservations and accommodation in the country and abroad; organising transfers “airport – hotel – airport” in the country and abroad; as well as providing insurance “Travel Assistance Abroad”. The services will be provided as needed and on the basis of specific requests of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the conditions of the respective business trip. When providing air tickets, the Contractor shall make reservations, sell and issue tickets through a global reservation system, ensuring the most favourable available prices at the time of the specific request and aligning the offers with the Contracting Authority’s requirements regarding destination, period and travel times, route, baggage and other relevant conditions.
