TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public procurement aims to select a contractor authorized to operate as an operator by the Minister of Finance under Article 9, Paragraph 4 of Ordinance 7 of 9.07.2003 on the conditions and procedure for issuing and revoking a permit to operate as an operator of food vouchers in paper and electronic form, for the issuing of electronic food vouchers, the characteristics of electronic food vouchers issued and performing activities as an operator, for the needs of the employees of "MBAL - BLAGOEVGRAD" JSC. The subject of the public procurement includes - printing, packaging, personalization and providing food vouchers under Ordinance №11 of 21 December 2005 for determining the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or supplements thereto. The estimated total number of vouchers is 148,680, with a nominal value of 2 euros, and given the estimated nature of the indicated quantity, this does not represent either a minimum or maximum quantity of vouchers that the Contracting Authority may request.
