TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement includes the production and delivery of hologram stickers under separate lots, in the part for Separate Lot 2 „Production and delivery of a set „Sign and sticker for initial technical inspection of motor vehicles (MPS)““ - 2,000,000 holographic stickers and 2,000,000 signs with the corresponding hologram attributes. On the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), in conjunction with Article 7 of the Implementing Rules to the Public Procurement Act (PPZOP), Separate Lot 1 with subject „Production and delivery of hologram stickers for the service cards of the employees of the Ministry of Interior (MVR)“ - 60,000 pcs; will be awarded by direct award, under the procedure of Article 21(6) of ZOP, in accordance with its estimated value of EUR 75,180.00 excl. VAT. The value of Separate Lot No 1 does not exceed the value of EUR 79,998.77 excl. VAT and 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement, which is EUR 5,995,180.00 excl. VAT.
