It includes delivery of: Bulgarian cheese (kashkaval) made from 100% cow’s milk, vacuum package - 950 kg; Bulgarian cheese (kashkaval) made from 100% cow’s milk, sliced pieces for sandwiches - 150 kg; Sour yogurt, cow’s 3.6% - 14250 pcs; White brined cheese made from cow’s milk – 720 kg; Cow butter made from milk, fat content 82% pack up to 0.250 kg - 530 kg; Cooking cream - manufacturer’s technical documentation. Boxes up to 1 l - 80 l; Pasteurized fresh cow’s milk, Tetrapak box up to 1 l - 530 l; Smoked cheese - 80 kg; Cultured cream - 130 kg; Cream cheese in packs up to 0.125 kg - 800 pcs; Blue cheese - 70 kg; Brie cheese - 60 kg; Camembert cheese - 120 kg; Cheddar cheese - 130 kg; Guada cheese - 70 kg; Emmental cheese - 100 kg; Mozzarella cheese /baby/ - 150 kg; Cottage cheese - 50 kg. The quantities and requirements are specified in detail in the Technical specification in the participation documentation.
