TENDER DESCRIPTION

Qualification system with the subject: "Preparation of complete project documentation for connection of new clients, reconstruction, renovation and construction of new transformer stations, medium and low voltage cable and overhead lines in the territory of Sofia city and Sofia region", ref. No. QS 26-084. The qualification system is established on the basis of Article 141, paragraph 1 of the PPA and has as its object "provision of services" within the meaning of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 3 of the PPA. The qualification system is established for the purpose of conducting a preliminary selection of interested parties and including in it economic operators who will participate in the procurement procedures conducted by the contracting authority, falling within the scope of the QS, according to the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority and the PPA. The qualification system allows economic operators to be included in it at any time as a result of the preliminary selection.
