TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Electrodistribution Networks West“ EAD creates a qualification system (KS) with the subject: „Construction of a power line right-of-way for overhead medium- and low-voltage electrical lines in the territory serviced by „Electrodistribution Networks West“ EAD“, Ref. No. KS 26-097. The qualification system is established for the purpose of carrying out a prior selection of interested parties and including in it business entities that will participate in the contracting authority’s public procurement award procedures falling within the scope of the KS, in accordance with the contracting authority’s conditions and requirements and the Public Procurement Act (ZOP). The qualification system enables business entities to be included in it at any time as a result of the prior selection. Interested parties may submit an application for inclusion in the KS throughout the term of operation of the system. The application for participation contains information regarding the personal status and compliance with the selection criteria set by the contracting authority.
