TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Management Board of “Electricity Distribution Networks West” EAD, as a contracting entity in the field of public procurement within the meaning of Article 5(4), point 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sector activities under Article 123, point 2 in conjunction with Article 125(1), point 1 of the PPA and § 2, point 60 of the Additional Provisions of the PPA, on the basis of special or exclusive rights within the meaning of § 2, point 47 of the PPA, takes a decision to establish a qualification system (QS) with the subject matter: “Delivery of centrifugally cast reinforced concrete poles”, Ref. No. KS 26-114. The contracting authority establishes the qualification system on the basis of Article 141(1) of the PPA, with the scope “delivery of goods, carried out by purchase” within the meaning of Article 3(1), point 2 of the PPA. The qualification system has as its subject the inclusion of interested parties with the aim of awarding public procurement contracts for delivery and purchase of centrifugally cast reinforced concrete poles, in accordance with the contracting authority’s terms and requirements.
