TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the separate lot is: “Delivery of milk and dairy products”, including the delivery of: Bulgarian cheese (kashkaval) made from 100% cow’s milk – vacuum packaging – 500 Kg; Bulgarian cheese (kashkaval) made from 100% cow’s milk – sliced sandwich pieces – 50 Kg; Sour milk, cow’s 3.6% – cups up to 0.400 kg – 8200 pcs; Brined white cheese made from cow’s milk – 380 Kg; Cow butter made from milk – pack up to 0.250 kg – 270 Kg; Cooking cream – manufacturer’s specification. Cups up to 1 l – 80 l; Pasteurised fresh cow’s milk – box up to 1 l – 260 l; Smoked cheese – 40 Kg; Cultured sour cream – 70 Kg; Cream cheese, packaged in portions up to 0.125 kg – 400 pcs. The quantities and requirements are specified in detail in the Technical Specification of the participation documentation. The quantities of the Products specified in the Technical Specification are estimated for the entire contract period and do not oblige the contracting authority to purchase them in full volume.
