"Maintenance of four elevators in the buildings of Sofia Municipality at 31-33 Moskovska St. – 2 pcs, 1 Paris St. – 1 pc, and 3 Paris St. – 1 pc.", including: subscription maintenance of elevators, comprising: labor, preventive maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment and regulation activities, conducting all functional tests (once a month) and technical services of the elevators (six times a year) as defined in the current regulations, 24-hour continuous emergency service, repair or replacement of components with new and original ones, repair of the elevator control electrical circuit or replacement of its elements with original ones, in accordance with the Ordinance on Safe Operation and Technical Supervision of Elevators (published in SG No. 33 of 11.04.2003, last amended SG No. 88/2014), for the needs of Sofia Municipality.
