TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1 – Preparation of the investment project: Development of an investment project in the phase "technical design" in compliance with Regulation No 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects; When preparing the project, the selected contractor shall take into account the mandatory measures for maintaining and ensuring the facility, prescribed in the Passport from the survey for establishing the technical characteristics and in the Energy Audit Report and the Certificate of energy performance of buildings in operation. Activity 2 – Execution of construction works (СМР) for implementing the construction of the facility: The planned construction works (СМР) include all activities for energy renovation - for applying measures for energy efficiency (EE) and all activities for applying the mandatory measures prescribed by the Survey for establishing the technical characteristics for the facility, in accordance with the prepared investment project.
